Like many of us, I first joined a gym to lose weight. I stuck strictly to the cardio equipment, believing that hours on the cross trainer, along with salads and a handful of berries a day, would bring me the results I wanted. A few months later, one of the trainers approached me and offered a complimentary session along with a workout plan he had written for me. The workout involved lifting a small set of dumbbells and using various equipment around the gym.
At first, I hid in the corner where no one could see me. I was terrified of the 'men's section' but eventually braved it when I realised we were all there for the same reason — to become the best version of ourselves. Before I knew it, I was in the gym every day. I loved the thrill of seeing my hard work pay off and taking responsibility for how I looked and felt each day.
Six years later, I took the plunge to become a personal trainer in 2017. I decided to share my passion and help people transform their lives for the better, just like I did. And that’s when the REAL magic started happening. Watching my clients achieve results from the plans I built for them motivates me to keep growing for both myself and them!
I will tailor a plan to your unique needs, making it challenging but realistic. There are no shortcuts or quick fixes. My goal is to help you reach your full potential by fostering long-lasting, sustainable life changes.
